Use Keflex with caution. Do not drive or perform other possibly unsafe tasks until you know how you react to it. Keflex may decrease the ability of your blood to clot. Avoid activities that may cause bruising or injury. Tell your doctor if you have unusual bruising or bleeding. Tell your doctor if you have dark, tarry, or bloody stools.
Most common side effects may include signs of allergy (hives, rash, swelling of face and tongue), seizure, fever, sore throat, and headache with a severe blistering, peeling, and red skin rash, pale or yellowed skin, dark colored urine, fever, hallucinations, confusion or weakness, easy bruising or bleeding, unusual weakness, confusion, agitation, decreased or absent urination.
